AcommodationThe Villa Nautica is placed on 4000- square- meter property with stone gardens, olives, oranges, lemon , pine and other mediterranian plants. The Villa consists of 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, huge kitchen with a dinning room and living room equipped with 50" LCD SAT TV. There is also open air summer kitchen with BBQ at roofed terrace, equipped with wooden table and comfortable chairs which accommodate up to 12 persons for dinning.


Ground floor & ambience Living & Dining

The semi-formal open sided dining area has a large wooden table that can seat 12, and to one side of this is the main open sided sitting area, wired for sound with a CD player and comfortably furnished with deeply cushioned sofas and a coffee table. To the front is a more casual seating area that segues into the pool deck area spanning the expanse of the villa.

Behind the kitchen and bordering the swimming pool is a casual dining table with long bench seats accommodating up to 12.
There is also a casual sitting area here furnished with a sofa and two chairs.



First floor Rooms & bathrooms

There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. All the bedrooms have sea- view." Blue bedroom" has large balcony with magnificent horizon view. The "master bedroom" (en suite) has two windows, one to the sea and other to the pool area. The "yellow room" has pine tree shaded sea view. There is also a huge "blue bathroom" on this level with 2 square meter rain shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.



Second floor LOFT apartment

On the second floor there is a separate apartment which has access from the house, but also, a separate entrance from the garden. This apartment is a part of the villa and it consists of double bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom with jaccuzzy and dining room. The interior design is very modern, functional and equipped at high standards: Full air conditioning system, wireless internet access, TV.

    Huge modern kitchen with an "island" consisting of 6 burners set and built in oven is located on semi risen level. The kitchen is fully equipped and ambience lit. The dinning and living room are located on lower level . The deeply cushioned sofas of the sitting offers relax with a magnificent sea view, or the 50 inch flat screen TV watching

  • Wifi broadband access

    Thanks to the ADSL Wi-Fi connection, you can easily access the net from your veranda in the garden, by the poolside, under the beach umbrella or cosily from the apartment.

  • Air conditioning

    All our apartments have air conditioning; in the shade of our trees and the wind which cools the hot summer afternoons, but sometimes we have had sultry weather, so a little fresh air inside should be appreciated.

  • Barbecue

    Stone barbecue on the veranda in the garden or on the terraces, with food trolleys useful for both the setting and the service. You can thus venture in preparing some of the famous Dalmatian recipes you discover during your holiday, cook grilled meat or fish to enjoy with your relatives and friends on the veranda or terrace.

  • Beach

    Our Villa Nautica is located 5Km NW of Dubrovnik historical center, 25 meters from the sea with a private terraced beach with shaders, and deck chairs.Next to there is a private dock with mooring for three boats size up to 15 meters, as well as a slipway for the boats up to 10 meters and dinghies.
